Moreover, our state-of-the-art chat system is at your disposal, providing a direct line to the owner for any additional assistance.

    Your funds will seamlessly transfer to your Wizipark account within 7 days following the completion of your booking – it's that simple! From there, you have the flexibility to either transfer the funds to your personal account or securely retain them in your Wizipark account.

    Booking a parking space on Wizipark is a simple process. Enter your destination, date, and time, and then browse the available options. Once you find a suitable space, click "Book Now" and provide your booking details including vehicle details. Complete the payment , and you`ll receive a confirmation email with all necessary information, including access details

    Wizipark uses Stripe to allow different types of payment methods to make the booking process convenient for users. Commonly accepted payment methods include major credit and debit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Additionally, depending on the country some local payment methods are offered like Bancontact, iDeal

    Cancelling your booking is not a problem on Wizipark but the policy will depend on the type of booking (hourly, daily or monthly). Wizipark provides information about the cancellation policy during the booking process, and you'll find details in your confirmation email as well. It's essential to review the cancellation policy before confirming your booking to understand any potential restrictions

    When you list your parking space on Wizipark, you have the freedom to set your own pricing, and that amount is exactly what you'll receive when your parking is booked. There are no additional fees applied. Similarly, for drivers, the price you see during the booking process is the final amount you pay – no hidden costs or fees. But to sustain and enhance our platform and community, Wizipark includes a small fee in the listed prices. This nominal fee goes towards supporting and expanding our platform, ensuring a vibrant and thriving community for parking space owners and drivers
